Hello, I’m Theresa. I have always been passionate about food and health, as long as I can remember.
Cinnamon & Bluebells began a few years ago, when I decided to create a blog to record and share recipe creations, with the aim to publish a cook book. This book is now in the making. My journey through food has taken me to many places geographically and emotionally. I have experimented with various eating regimes, I’ve done extensive research and studied nutrition at Cornell University.
Now situated in The Cotswolds UK, Cinnamon & Bluebells has become so much more than just a blog.
We now have a team of very dedicated and passionate people, all bringing their special talents to the table. Wholesome, sustainable, fresh food, appreciation for quality and a desire to promote a gentle, elegant way of life, are all elements that inspire and drive us.
